Founder, Jessica Cameron has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years with experience in kickboxing, TRX yoga and nutrition. At JCore we look forward to every opportunity to train with individuals and provide the guidance needed to see through the process of making positive life changes. JCore Fitness provides individual and group training sessions. Upon the start of your fitness journey at jCore an initial assessment is completed to design a program based upon your individual goals and needs. Our staff encourages goal setting and continual re-assessment to maintain client motivation and improvement.
