I provide individualized, goal focused personal training for all my clients. We begin with an initial assessment addressing injury history, postural issues, needs and goals. We work together to develop a goal specific, attainable and measurable plan that produces results!
Group training can be a fun and economical option for personal training. Your personal training session will be with 2-3 other people. Individual needs and modifications will be made as you workout in a small group setting.
Clients typically enjoy the extra motivation from other participants while getting more specific training than one would get in a large class.
